Each year, companies spend millions of dollars trying to put on all the flash and glitter to wow the attendees and exhibitors, at various trade shows across the globe. The return on their investment has constantly dwindled little by little with each each year to follow. It is because of this, that staff at PIN decided to think in reverse. Rather than focus on the losses, why not focus carefully and strategically on productive elements that will satisfy the primary concerns an exhibitor has when considering exhibiting at a trade show.
In the midst of our data collection to seek to use PIN to create a more unique as well as productive business model, we noted a few important factors often overlooked. Media publications in general, are stereotyped as an entity that is often times stretching the limits of the facts to create the impression intended for a paying client. This is a common fact.
A second factor brought into consideration is that media organizations are often seen as selfish minded publications with their primary focus on the dollar sign. Although these two factors are all too often well established, in actuality they are just idle gossip. Granted, there are a number of publishing companies who do in fact violate the ethical and moral boundaries of news publishing because the dollar sign has more importance to them than their integrity. At PIN, this is not the case. We strive to hold onto strong integrity and enforce ethical boundaries firmly and consistently.
PIN staff volunteer much of their time and are given no pay in any manner. This concept has been adopted to ensure the reviews are not exaggerated and are nothing but the facts. If the work is focused on the dollar sign, human nature would cause risk of our staff losing sight of our strong ethical and moral values we uphold. This holds true with our consumer affair mediation as well.
