There are plenty of hotels to choose from in Atlanta, but there is only one Westin Peachtree Plaza Hotel. The Westin, just as many other Starwood Properties, is in a class all it's own with the most unique atmosphere and service available. While you may stay in "other" hotels that exist, you simply will not find the high caliber of service and attention you receive at the Westin Peachtree Plaza Hotel.
Panoramic Rooms Like No Other..
The rooms at The Westin Peachtree, provide an exclusive treat you will find no where else in Atlanta. As a matter of fact, the Westin Peachtree Plaza Hotel is a hotel that is in a class all it's own. Just imagine having a room with a panoramic view like you see in the image above!
Sleeping Like You Are In Heaven..
Now when it comes to sleeping, you haven't experienced a real bed until you have slept at the Westin Peachtree Plaza Hotel. No other hotel in Atlanta has the "Heavenly Beds" that are so comfortable you literally fall asleep as soon as your head touches the soft pillows on the bed.
Add to that, a package for $16.95 per night that includes unlimited Internet access and phone calls, along with Starbucks Coffee at your disposal, you have a match made in heaven for a place to relax and rest whether you are visiting Atlanta for leisure or business.
Not Well Known, But The Best All The Same..
A very unique feature which is not well known, but the best all the same, is the Cafe on Level 5 of the hotel. Although the Cafe is only open for breakfast, it is well worth paying a visit to. You can order individual items, or go for the gold and purchase the buffet which is available for a very reasonable price.
From the moment you walk in the doors of the Cafe, you greeted with a smile and already feeling the relaxing atmosphere causing you to feel at home and ready to enjoy the taste tempting selections available for your palate.
Now it's perfectly normal to assume this simple restaurant is just a minor item in the selection of services available at the Westin Peachtree Plaza Hotel, but I can assure you it is far from that. Although the restaurant is open only for breakfast, it gets plenty of traffic. It has been quite some time since I have seen such an excellent orchestration of customer service under high pressure and demand as I witnessed being demonstrated at this restaurant during the 4 days I was reviewing it. Despite the high volume of customers, the staff were working almost flawlessly to provide nothing but the very best service to the customers.
A True "5 Star" Level Restaurant..
Another delightful feature of the Westin Peachtree Plaza Hotel is the Sun Dial Restaurant which slowly revolves once every hour on top of the hotel tower. The revolution of the restaurant provides the customers an outstanding opportunity to see all of Atlanta while relaxing and enjoying the delicious items available from the Sun Dial menu.
A dress code is strictly enforced at the Sun Dial restaurant. In order to be able to make use of this restaurant, one must be in suitable business attire. This is a "5 Star" restaurant and thus the dress code provides a professional and comfortable atmosphere worthy of a 5 star establishment.
The Sun Dial restaurant offers a fine variety of taste tempting foods. Being on the 72nd floor of the hotel, visitors are provided with a spectacular view of all of Atlanta. There are telescopes strategically placed around the entire perimeter of the restaurant so people can get a birds eye view of the landscape below.
Coffee Anyone?...
Now if you are a coffee drinker, then you are all too familiar with the outstanding coffee that Starbucks provides for you to enjoy. Starbucks coffee is a standard as part of your room's amenities but in addition, there is a Starbucks coffee restaurant in the lobby of the restaurant.
Most hotels provide second class coffee for their guests but at the Westin, you get nothing but the very best for less.
