The second purpose of this site is to provide AMTRAK® customers as well as staff a chance to have a picture of themselves for their scapbooks, while enjoying the fabulous services provided by AMTRAK® both in First Class and Coach.  In addition, an opportunity to give recognition for the staff members who AMTRAK® customers have told our editor have gone over and above their required duties to guarantee 110% satisfaction to the customer.

SPECIAL NOTICE: 

Many of you who have traveled on the Coast Starlight or San Joaquin line will remember an incredible man we all knew as Manny.  His full name is Manuel Cereceres recognized by both staff and customers alike as one of the most incredible conductors ever working for Amtrak.  A while back Manny was injured severely while working on the train and is now in recuperation from his injuries.  Manny can use your support by your taking the time to email him and let him know how much he was appreciated during his service to Amtrak customers for so many years.
