The Post-Probe PCI is a
passive POST (Power On Self Test), reader. Used with
the detailed technical manual , this product can help
a technician diagnose a dead PC quickly and easily.
The Post-Probe card will not only monitor basic ISA
functions, but PCI functions as well in a very
effective manner.
One LED monitors the
RESET signal which will identify if there is a short
in the motherboard. Two LED's monitor I/O READ
and I/O WRITE distinguishing between read and write
failures. This was a major help in our determining our
hard drive failure issue.
