A Hotel &
Casino That Is In A Class All It's Own! |
There are plenty of hotels
in Las Vegas but none are like the Stratosphere Casino Hotel & Tower!
It is quite a task in
Las Vegas to decide which hotel has the best deal you are looking for.
For some people, priority is the gambling percentages, for others, it
is the price of the rooms, and yet others it is the entertainment and
restaurants.
Location,
location, location...
You know the old
saying in the movie business, "Location, location, location."
Location is a vital element in the success of the movie. So it
is in Las Vegas.
When it comes to location, the folks at the
Stratosphere were using serious wisdom in their decision. Unlike the
majority of other hotels on the strip, the location of the
Stratosphere provides the easiest of access, the winning percentages
are some of the highest in Las Vegas, pricing of the rooms is beyond
great, and the entertainment and restaurants at the Stratosphere are
incredible!
An excellent
example...
Of
course there are always times when errors occur at any hotel but I
have never seen a hotel to date where the Director of Guest Services,
Mr. Mike Pernatozzi, would personally investigate the situation
and do his best to ensure 100% satisfaction was accomplished with the
customer. Mr. Pernatozzi made it quite clear to me that he wants
to personally know even the very slightest of discomforts a person
staying at the Stratosphere may have. While many of us are more
prone to simply forget about minor issues, Mr. Pernatozzi expressed
how even the most minimum of issues are important to him. He
desires not 98% satisfaction but 100%, nothing less.
A another prime example
of the desire for nothing but the very best in delivery of service was
shown very clearly in Ms. Irene Santoro, Front Desk Supervisor.
Although she was newly appointed to her position, she was doing an
outstanding job. I pressured her every way possible and made big
issues out of simple items to see how she would handle it. The
young lady didn't even break a sweat. She clearly demonstrated
she was determined to ensure I was 100% satisfied and would not walk
away disgruntled, (or in my case rollaway...I was an electric
wheelchair).

The Stratosphere
Hotel Casino & Tower
provides nothing but the very best when it comes to meeting
facilities, accommodations. and service. Of all of the hotels in
Las Vegas we have reviewed this year, this facility is the very
first this year to have the quality of service needed to gain
our coveted award.
The staff at
the Stratosphere were put through the ropes to see how they
would fare. Everyone from the PR department to the Bell
staff were pushed to the limits yet still came out shining. The
Editors Choice Award was truly well deserved. |
When it comes to quality comfort rooms, the
Stratosphere is in a class all it's own!

When it comes to
quality comfort rooms, the Stratosphere makes it's own mark. The
competition may have comparable quality of rooms but no where even
close to the pricing that the Stratosphere provides. In my
review I resided both in the standard room as well as the Grand Suite.
I can assure you of
one thing without question. Staying in a suite at the Stratosphere
simply cannot be beat when it comes to quality and affordability!
Nothing else like it! You get the quality of a room you might
expect at a luxury hotel at an economical price! |

Services
We all know that every
hotel and casino in Las Vegas has their own collection of buffets and
restaurant facilities. Unlike all the rest of the bunch though,
the Stratosphere has set itself apart with two most most unique
restaurants in all of Las Vegas that simply cannot be matched.

I have only been able to review Roxy's, but based upon feedback from
Local residents, tourists, and business people, Stratosphere has a
serious collection of restaurants for which to be proud of. A

strategic position for location.
