Times are rapidly
changing when it comes to trade shows. As each day passes in
this time, we find more and more of the tier #1 trade shows are
struggling to keep attendance up and many of them just remaining in
operation is almost impossible.
When it comes to
CeBit America which is about to make it's debut in New York City, this
will be a monumental event. Rather than a trade show trying to
get a new start with a new name as some try to imply, CeBit America is
promises to be a new beginning.
CeBit Germany is
widely recognized as probably the largest and most successful trade
show on the globe. While other trade shows are failing, CeBit
Germany gains even greater momentum.
CeBit America
promises to be a new and innovative concept that without question has
the potential to become the largest and most successful trade show in
the US eventually. Time will tell on that point.
CeBIT America will
bring together over 400 exhibitors, over 1,000 members of the press
and analyst communities, along with thousands of senior
decision-makers from technology and vertical industries, including the
automotive, banking, education, government, healthcare, hospitality,
insurance & finance, manufacturing, media & publishing, and retail
sectors.
Partnering with
leading business and government organizations, CeBIT America will
offer exclusive business and educational opportunities for exhibitors
and attendees, including a comprehensive conference program
co-developed by CNET Networks and the Business Council for the United
Nations' 2003 'Bridging the Global Digital Divide Conference.' For
